I have created an account for Sydney Transport @ uservoice.com.
Uservoice lets users of a product or service provide feedback and suggestions that can be voted on by other users. I have intended to build something like this myself, but I guess I don’t have to now.
BTW this might be useful for you, just received the email today so somewhat a little short notice.
Come and share your ideas for the future of Sydney’s public transport in a community meeting convened by the

Hi mirvettium,
Unfortunately I was out of town when this event happened.
Maybe I just being cynical but why did this event only seem to get thorough promotion days before it happened? By the time I got the email about it, it was too late!
Thanks for the tip off anyway. Cheers
At bus stops, there could be real time information signs, which deliver information on bus services. It would display the time the next bus is scheduled to arrive, the route number, destination, the real waiting time in minutes.
It would deliver the same information for the following buses.
