Because I am now working from home (practicing what I preach!) I do not have the pleasure of using Sydney Transport as often as I used to, and as a consequence I am less outraged on a day-to-day basis… which results in less blogging.
As a result I would like to open up this blog to other people in Sydney who would like to have a semi-constructive outlet for their thoughts on Sydney Transport.

While the blog is primarily ranting, at its core there are serious issues being discussed. If you would rather share your thoughts with the world instead of letting them stew inside your head (doing untold mental damage!) perhaps contributing to this blog is for you.
SUNDAY 5/6/2011. MY WIFE AND I CAUGHT THE TRAIN FROM GOSFORD NSW 9.30AM . THIS TRAIN HAD COME DOWN FROM NEWCASTLE.IT HAD 6 CARRIAGES 6!!!!! THE PLATFORM WAS FULL TO OVERFLOWING!! THE TRAIN WAS ALMOST FULL.WE MANAGED TO FIND A SEAT EACH, MY WIFE IN ONE CARRIAGE MYSELF IN ANOTHER.THE TRAIN LEFT GOSFORD FULL WITH PASSENGERS SITTING ON STEPS AND STANDING IN DOOR ENTRANCES.NEXT STOP WOY WOY WHAT A BLOODY JOKE, BY NOW NO SEATING AVAILABLE CARRIAGES COMPLETLY PACKED !! PASSENGERS STANDING ALONG PASSAGE WAYS, PEOPLE SITTING ON FLOORS.MANY OF THESE PEOPLE WERE AGED PENSIONERS!!! WHY IN HEAVENS NAME COULDN’T THE RAIL COMPANY PUT ON AN EXTRA ( 2 ) CARRIAGES JUST TWO EXTRA THATS ALL IT NEEDED!!!
